Build workflows by having a conversation

As an automation consultant, you already have an idea of what you want to automate for your client. The challenging part is often turning that idea into a working workflow, connecting nodes, configuring individual steps and writing custom scripts when a workflow builder doesn’t support what you need.

Sordit takes a different approach.

Your 2IC (Second-in-Command) works with you directly through ChatGPT or Claude, using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to communicate with Sordit.

Simply describe what you want to achieve, including any business rules, requirements or exceptions. Your 2IC takes that information and turns it into a Sordit-compatible Job or Routine, complete with the Tasks and workflow logic needed to carry it out.

If you’re an automation consultant or agency, you can connect multiple Sordit workspaces to ChatGPT or Claude, authorising each workspace separately.

From your preferred AI chat app, you can:

Build an invoice review process for your accounting client.
Review and update an existing Routine for another client.

Each client’s Jobs, Routines, Agents and business connections remain within their respective Sordit workspaces.

Connect another account

Connect Sordit to ChatGPT or Claude

Getting connected only takes a few steps.

First, open Sordit’s onboarding assistant and select the MCP setup step. Copy the MCP URL provided.

For ChatGPT

Open ChatGPT settings and follow the custom MCP connection flow.
Name it Sordit and paste your MCP URL.
Complete the OAuth connection.
Sign in to Sordit, choose your workspace and authorise access.

For Claude

Open Customize → Connectors, select Add, then Add custom connector.
Name it Sordit and paste your MCP URL.
Complete the sign-in process.
Choose your Sordit workspace and authorise access.

Once connected, you can start working with your 2IC directly from ChatGPT or Claude.
