Spend less time chasing progress

See what your client’s AI agents are running and what’s queued, without piecing together status updates. Show clients what is moving forward and what is coming next, without another status meeting.

02

Keep clients involved at the right moments

See which client team member needs to review, approve or respond. You can coordinate the handover with less back-and-forth, while clients retain judgment over the decisions that matter to their business.

03

Resolve issues before they become client delays

Spot unassigned Tasks and blockers in one place. You can give work an owner or address what’s holding it up, helping your client’s processes move forward instead of leaving unfinished work unnoticed.

A model that fits client delivery

No monthly subscription fee.
Pay only for actual usage.

Let each client fund their own workspace, so their running costs stay with their business. Credits cover active agent time, calls to business tools, incoming triggers and Routines and Tasks created through your Sordit 2IC. They pay their AI provider separately, with no monthly subscription or per-seat fee from Sordit.

Before your first client rollout

Frequently asked questions.

Who uses Sordit?

Sordit is built for automation consultants and agencies who want to grow their client base without taking on more infrastructure. Build workflows and AI teams for your clients, with a separate workspace for each business to manage its people, connections and billing.

Your clients can use Sordit day to day, too. Once you’ve set up their workspace and workflows, their staff can hand off work to AI agents, review results and approve next steps. You can stay involved when they need your expertise.

How can Sordit help me grow my AI automation business?

Bring client delivery onto one platform, with a workspace for each client and hosted agents to carry out the work. Spend more time designing useful solutions and winning your next client, with less deployment and infrastructure to manage.

Your clients connect their tools themselves, completing OAuth and 2FA with their provider or adding an API key where needed. You don’t have to collect credentials or coordinate every authorisation, so you can get on with building the workflows that use those connections.

How much does Sordit cost?

There’s no monthly subscription fee or per-seat charge. Each workspace pays for actual usage, including active agent minutes, business tool calls, connected-tool triggers and the creation of Routines, Jobs or Tasks in Sordit through your 2IC. Clients connect their own AI provider and pay that provider separately.

How do I build workflows for my clients in Sordit?

Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Sordit through MCP and work with your Sordit 2IC, your AI second-in-command. Describe the workflow and the outcome you want, the tools involved and where a person should review the work. Your 2IC proposes a Routine for repeatable work, or a Job for a one-off request. Review and approve the proposal to create it in your client’s workspace.

Discover Routines →

Can my clients hand off Jobs and Tasks to their own AI agents?

Yes. Once their workspace is set up, your clients and their staff can use ChatGPT or Claude connected to Sordit MCP to hand work to the virtual 2IC. Ask for a one-off Job or plan a Routine for recurring work, with human reviews and handovers wherever they’re needed. Tell the 2IC what needs doing and get it Sorted.

Which AI providers does Sordit support?

Build your client’s AI team with models from OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenRouter. Match each agent’s model to the complexity and cost of its work. Sordit hosts the agents, while your client keeps their own AI provider connections.

How do my clients set up billing in their own workspace?

Every workspace has its own billing and Credit balance. Your clients can purchase Credits for their workspace and set up auto-top-up to keep it funded. Their usage stays with their workspace, making it easier to manage costs as their automation grows.

How does each client’s team connect their business tools?

Each user can connect their own accounts from a catalogue of 1,500+ business tools. They choose which accounts to connect and authorise access themselves. Agents work through those connections, within the access granted to Sordit and the permissions of the connected account. Your clients keep control of their accounts while you build the automations that put those tools to work.
